SHIPPING

Once your payment has cleared, we will promptly prepare and turn your items over to USPS for shipment within 1-3 business days depending on order volume. 


Please remember that once accepted into the USPS Postal System we have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL over time in transit.  


USPS shipping time guesstimate 3-10+ Business Days for 1st Class Mail.  Priority Mail is 1-3 Business days but is not guaranteed. USPS has been known to have problems from time to time.


Shipping Time varies by destination, weather, holidays, human error, etc..

Please remember, we have NO CONTROL over:

1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY dates. USPS does not always live up to them.


2. TRACKING information managed through the USPS database system. USPS makes mistakes and misses scans all the time. Tracking  information is managed by USPS. Accuracy of the information relies on USPS employees scanning items into the digital tracking system at certain points along the USPS delivery route. This does not always occur and USPS makes no  guarantees that it will occur.  If you do not see information posted about your order through the USPS tracking system,  please notify USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS®(1-800-275-8777) and speak with a customer service representative. 


3. MAIL DELIVERY schedules managed by the USPS carrier system, which could be impacted by weather, transportation, or local facility issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to USPS more than doubling their international prices, we now use Global Post Economy International for all international orders. Shipping times are similar to USPS as Global Post uses USPS postal transportation network to ship and deliver the package. 

MILITARY & DIPLOMATIC

We ship to all military & diplomatic addresses. You'll pay domestic prices to an APO/FPO/DPO.  We offer USPS 1st Class Mail & USPS Priority Mail

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy Summary:

After receiving the item, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Contact us within 14 DAYS.  Refund will be given as money back or exchange.  Buyer pays return shipping unless there is a mistake on our part. 

RETURNS:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Time extensions will be considered on a case per case basis.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non­refundable.  If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our end.
